Cherry began her swing dance journey in 2013 with a Lindy Hop course at the Warsaw-based studio SWINGOUT.PL, where she continues to teach regularly to this day. In 2014, she discovered Collegiate Shag for the first time.
From the very first class, she knew it was more than just a passing fancy — she began training intensively and attending festivals and workshops both in Poland and abroad. In 2015, she joined the Warsaw Shag Team show group, where she started working with Filip Górski. As a duo, they have won multiple Strictly Shag competitions, including 1st place at Camp Hollywood in the Shag Division. Her dancing is characterized by a fiery southern temperament, creativity, and elegance. She enjoys experimenting with rhythm and breaking patterns in her own way. In her classes, she focuses on clear structure, strong energy, and a positive atmosphere. She emphasizes body awareness and pays attention to details — from footwork and posture to confidence and a genuine smile. She is not afraid of unusual challenges — one of her very first Lindy Hop classes was taught to a group of children at the Warsaw Zoo.
